This is an intensive 2 full week course on where you learn how to apply concepts, methods and tools for business development on a global basis, for managing and financing growth, for managing innovation in organizations of any size. The Growth and Harvest focuses on complex solutions for companies with global growth potential and deals with high risks – high potential ventures.The course will cover key issues at growth and harvest stage of the business development, including valuation, venture finance, negotiation and venture deals, marketing, management and leadership. Key strategies for growth, including for example internationalization, franchising and purchasing an existing business will also be covered. Other topics of interests are related to the challenges of digital transformation. After completing the course, the student will have an understanding of the competition, networking knowledge and business management as well as financial issues of a growing business. A selection of local and/or international business managers and innovation experts will also present their business cases during the course.
